Arquitecto y artista colombiano. Marconi desarrolla su trabajo en el campo de los objetos y las instalaciones. Identificado con el desarrollo «low high tech» y los métodos DIY (hágalo Ud. mismo) trabaja con intervenciones que involucran artefactos electromecánicos. Explora así las relaciones transversales entre lo mediático, el acceso a la información, el conocimiento compartido y las nuevas formas de utilización del mismo.
Desde la visión arquitectónica que caracteriza su trabajo, la presente obra enfrenta al espectador a estructuras tensionadas, que son el reflejo de espacios arquitectónicos y los objetos que los habitan. Específicamente, aborda objetos como torres de telecomunicaciones desde miradas inferiores, como aquellas que tendría el espectador al relacionarse con las mismas.

Architect and Colombian artist. Marconi develops his work in the field of objects and installations. Identified with "low-tech" development and DIY methods, working with interventions involving electromechanical devices. He thus explores cross-cutting relationships between the media, access to information, shared knowledge and new ways of using it.
From the architectural vision that characterizes his work, the present work confronts the viewer with stressed structures, which are the reflection of architectural spaces and the objects that inhabit them. Specifically, he deals with objects such as telecommunications towers from lower looks, such as those that the viewer would have when dealing with them.
